Numerous studies show that teleconsultations are as effective as on-site sessions… and far more practical (and cost effective).
Just choose where you want us to call you on video : home, office, hotel room… and make sure you won’t be disturbed for an hour.

1… 2… 3 steps
1. Anamnesis :
First, you fill in the contact form, and we call you back to check your availabilities and set up the schedule most adapted to your needs. Upon confirmation of your appointment, you receive the first written support.
During the first video consultation, we cover a bit of your history, we explain the method in details, and we conduct the first remote hypnosis session.
After this, you receive a second written support to help you cope with your « cigarette monster » and prepare for the second session the following week.
2. Hypnosis :
On your second appointment, we cover what has evolved since our first encounter.
Then you get your second, deeper hypnosis session.
After that, you should be good to go… and smoke free !
3. After the sessions :
After the second session, you receive the third written support with tips for the first months of your new smoke-free life.
What if you feel you still need some support after that? Don’t worry : there is a third session available for those who feel they need it.
